Ingredients:

Instructions: –

โ€ข Add water and washed quinoa to a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer until liquid is evaporated, about 15 minutes. 5 minutes after cooking, fluff the quinoa with a fork. Let cool.
