Ingredients:
💧 • 12 cups water
🍝 • pasta shells, gluten-free
🍣 • 1 canned salmon
🥄 • 1 tbsp. olive oil
💚• 2 cups frozen peas
🤍• 1½ cups mayonnaise ( preferably miracle whip )
🧂• Salt and crushed black pepper
Instructions: –
• In a big pot, combine water with a pinch of salt. Cover, place on the burner, and set to high heat. Drain the salmon and remove any skin and bones. When the water is boiling, add shell pasta.
• Reduce heat slightly and boil for 7 minutes. Flake the salmon. Before returning the pasta to the saucepan, add olive oil to the pot and drain the pasta. Reduce heat to medium/low. Stir in the frozen peas, replace the cover, and let the mixture settle for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
• After 5 minutes, mix in the Miracle Whip and season with pepper and salt to taste. Stir the salmon in. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
