๐ซ1 red bell pepper, cored and chopped
๐ฅฌ2 cups chopped baby spinach
๐ยฝ cup chopped mushrooms

๐ฅ ยฝ cup unsweetened almond milk
๐4 spring onions, sliced

Instructions: –
Preheat oven to 400F . Heat oil in the oven-safe pan and fry veggies with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 mins or until softened.
Add beaten eggs with milk and stir well.
Place the oven-safe pan in the oven and bake for 21-25 mins. Then remove, sprinkle cheese, cool completely, slice frittata, serve and enjoy
