Ingredients:

๐Ÿงˆ 1 cup butter

๐Ÿซ—1 cup light corn syrup

๐ŸคŽ2 cups packed brown sugar

๐Ÿฅ›1ยฝ cups sweetened condensed milk

๐Ÿซ—1 tsp. vanilla extract

๐Ÿชต 8 wooden sticks

๐ŸŽ 8 small apples

๐Ÿฅœ 1 cup crushed peanut

Instructions: –

In a sauce pot, melt butter over medium heat, then add corn syrup, brown sugar, and milk. Stir well, bring to a boil, then cook for 35-40 mins over medium ยญlow heat. Remove and pour into a large bowl.

Insert a wooden stick into each apple and dip each apple into the caramel mixture. Stand on a wire rack to set the caramel. Now roll the apple over the crushed peanut . Place in the fridge to cool completely. Serve and enjoy.
