Ingredients:

๐คโข ยฝ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
๐คโข ยผ cup cornstarch
๐ฅโข 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
๐ฅ โข 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions: –
โข In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Whisk in ยผ cup almond milk until the mixture is smooth and foamy. Add almond milk to the cocoa mixture ยผ cup until the mixture is smooth and frothy each time.
โข Set the saucepan over medium-high heat and stir the mixture constantly until it starts to simmer and thicken, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from the heat, add the vanilla extract, and mix well.
โข Pour pudding into a serving bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 mins until it is cold
