Ingredients: –

๐Ÿฅ„1 tbsp. sesame oil

๐Ÿ—2 large chicken breasts, diced

๐Ÿง‚salt and pepper

๐Ÿฅ—2 cups of mixed chopped carrot, bell peppers, peas, onion

For stir-fry sauce:

๐Ÿฅ„3 tbsp. gluten-free tamari ( soy sauce )

๐Ÿฅ„1 tbsp. sesame oil

๐Ÿง„1 tsp. chopped garlic

๐ŸŸ 1 tbsp of fish sauce

๐Ÿซ™ยผ tsp. ginger powder

๐Ÿฅ„2 tbsp. chicken broth or water

Instructions: –

Add chicken pieces to a non-stick pan and fry with 1 tbsp sesame oil until the meat is done. In a small bowl, beat the sauce ingredients. Add sauce to the pan and add chopped veggies to the pan.

Stir for some time until the veggies are coated well with the sauce. Cover the pan, decrease the heat to low, and simmer for 7-10 mins. Remove and serve with white or cauliflower rice.
