Ingredients:
🎋• 1 lb. fresh green beans, chopped
🧅 • ½ cup sliced red onion
🍄 • ½ lb. sliced mushrooms
🥄• 2 tbsp. olive oil
🌿• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
🧂• Salt and pepper per taste
Instructions: –
• Set your air fryer heat range to 375°F to preheat. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat. Put vegetables on a greased tray in the basket of air fryer.
• Cook until just tender, 8-10 mins. Toss to redistribute and cook for another 8–10 mins until all is done. Remove, cool a bit, then serve and enjoy.
