Ingredients:
๐ฅ2 tbsp. olive oil
๐ถโ๐ซ๏ธ3 tbsp. almond flour
๐ง1 tsp. salt
๐ง1/4 tsp. pepper
๐ฅ 1ยฝ cups unsweetened almond milk
๐ง ยฝ cup shredded cheddar cheese
๐ฅ 2 lb. red potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
๐ง 1 cup thinly sliced onions
Instructions: –
Set your oven heat range to 350F to preheat. In the medium pot, add olive oil and put the pot over medium heat. Add flour, salt, and pepper to the oil and beat well.
Add milk to the pot and mix well until there is no lump in the batter. Bring to a low boil, remove the pot and add shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until the cheese melts completely.
Add potato slices with sliced onion and toss well until they are coated well with batter. Grease the baking deep bottom dish with cooking oil, and add coated potato and onion slices to the dish.
Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 50 mins, then uncover and bake more for 12-15 mins. Remove, cool completely, serve and enjoy.
