๐Ÿƒโ€ข 4 cups baby spinach

๐Ÿงˆโ€ข 2 tbsp. butter

๐Ÿง… โ€ข ยฝ cup chopped onion

๐Ÿง„ โ€ข 1 tsp. minced garlic

๐Ÿฅ› โ€ข ยฝ cup milk

๐Ÿฅ› โ€ข 4 tbsp. heavy cream

๐Ÿง€ โ€ข ยฝ cup cream cheese

๐Ÿง‚ โ€ข Salt and ground black pepper  

๐ŸŒถ โ€ข Pinch of cayenne pepper

๐Ÿง€ โ€ข 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions: –

โ€ข Boil (about 2 cups) water in a medium pot. When becomes a boil, add spinach and cook for 30 seconds, then remove from the pot and immediately add to the ice water bowl and let it cool completely.

โ€ข Meanwhile, add butter to the non-stick pan and onion for 4-5 mins until softened, then add garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add the leftover ingredients (except cheese) to the pot and cook for 1-2 mins.
