๐ 3 tbsp. lemon juice
๐ฅ2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
๐ง ยฝ tsp. minced garlic
Salt and black pepper as per taste
๐ซ 1 can (19 oz weight) of white kidney beans, rinsed
๐ง 4 tbsp. chopped red onion
๐ 1 can (6 oz weight) light tuna chunk in water, drained
๐ 4 medium size tomatoes, sliced
๐ฅ 1 large cucumber, chopped
Instructions: –
Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, salt, and ground pepper in a medium bowl. Toss well until the ingredients are coated well with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
Add tuna and white beans to the medium salad dish or bowl. Pour lemon mixture over the tuna beans. Toss well, then place tomato slices on top. Serve and enjoy.
