Ingredients: –

๐Ÿ‹ 3 tbsp. lemon juice

๐Ÿฅ„2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

๐Ÿง„ ยฝ tsp. minced garlic

Salt and black pepper as per taste

๐Ÿซ˜ 1 can (19 oz weight) of white kidney beans, rinsed

๐Ÿง… 4 tbsp. chopped red onion

๐ŸŸ 1 can (6 oz weight) light tuna chunk in water, drained

๐Ÿ…4 medium size tomatoes, sliced

๐Ÿฅ’ 1 large cucumber, chopped

Instructions: –

Add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, salt, and ground pepper in a medium bowl. Toss well until the ingredients are coated well with lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper.
