Ingredients:

๐Ÿ’ง โ€ข 12 cups water

๐Ÿ โ€ข pasta shells, gluten-free

๐Ÿฃ โ€ข 1 canned salmon

๐Ÿฅ„ โ€ข 1 tbsp. olive oil

๐Ÿ’šโ€ข 2 cups frozen peas

๐Ÿคโ€ข 1ยฝ cups mayonnaise ( preferably miracle whip )

๐Ÿง‚โ€ข Salt and crushed black pepper

Instructions: –

โ€ข In a big pot, combine water with a pinch of salt. Cover, place on the burner, and set to high heat. Drain the salmon and remove any skin and bones. When the water is boiling, add shell pasta.

โ€ข Reduce heat slightly and boil for 7 minutes. Flake the salmon. Before returning the pasta to the saucepan, add olive oil to the pot and drain the pasta. Reduce heat to medium/low. Stir in the frozen peas, replace the cover, and let the mixture settle for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.

โ€ข After 5 minutes, mix in the Miracle Whip and season with pepper and salt to taste. Stir the salmon in. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
