Ingredients:
๐ง โข 12 cups water
๐ โข pasta shells, gluten-free
๐ฃ โข 1 canned salmon
๐ฅ โข 1 tbsp. olive oil
๐โข 2 cups frozen peas
๐คโข 1ยฝ cups mayonnaise ( preferably miracle whip )
๐งโข Salt and crushed black pepper
Instructions: –
โข In a big pot, combine water with a pinch of salt. Cover, place on the burner, and set to high heat. Drain the salmon and remove any skin and bones. When the water is boiling, add shell pasta.
โข Reduce heat slightly and boil for 7 minutes. Flake the salmon. Before returning the pasta to the saucepan, add olive oil to the pot and drain the pasta. Reduce heat to medium/low. Stir in the frozen peas, replace the cover, and let the mixture settle for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
โข After 5 minutes, mix in the Miracle Whip and season with pepper and salt to taste. Stir the salmon in. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
