Ingredients:
๐ง 1 cup butter
๐ซ1 cup light corn syrup
๐ค2 cups packed brown sugar
๐ฅ1ยฝ cups sweetened condensed milk
๐ซ1 tsp. vanilla extract
๐ชต 8 wooden sticks
๐ 8 small apples
๐ฅ 1 cup crushed peanut
Instructions: –
In a sauce pot, melt butter over medium heat, then add corn syrup, brown sugar, and milk. Stir well, bring to a boil, then cook for 35-40 mins over medium ยญlow heat. Remove and pour into a large bowl.
Insert a wooden stick into each apple and dip each apple into the caramel mixture. Stand on a wire rack to set the caramel. Now roll the apple over the crushed peanut . Place in the fridge to cool completely. Serve and enjoy.
