๐ค ยพ lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
๐ฅ1 tbsp. sesame oil
๐ฅ3 tsp. fresh lime juice
๐ฅ2 tbsp. peanut butter powder
๐ฅ3 tbsp. tamari sauce
๐ฅ2 tsp. brown sugar
๐ฅยฝ tsp. minced ginger
๐ฅ16 oz. zucchini noodles, fresh or packaged
Instructions: –
Add 1ยฝ tsp oil to the non-stick pan and add tamari sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, minced ginger, and peanut butter powder. Stir and cook until there is no lump; remove the sauce mixture to the bowl.
Add leftover 1ยฝ tsp oil to the pan and fry the shrimp for 4-5 mins. Then remove the shrimp from the bowl (leave as much oil in the pan). Add zucchini noodles to the pan and fry for 4 mins.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan with the shrimp and sautรฉ for 1-2 mins.
Remove to the serving plate. Serve and enjoy.
