Sauce:

๐Ÿฅ„2 tbsp. tamari sauce, gluten-free

๐Ÿฅ„2 tsp. rice vinegar

๐Ÿฅ„2 tsp. sriracha sauce

๐Ÿฅ„1 tsp. cornstarch

Stir fry:

๐Ÿฅ‘3 tbsp. avocado oil

๐Ÿ– 2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into strips

๐Ÿง… 1 large onion, finely chopped

๐Ÿซ‘ 3 large bell pepper, sliced

๐Ÿง„ 3 tsp. minced fresh garlic

๐Ÿชต3 tbsp. minced fresh ginger

๐Ÿฅ’1 large zucchini, diced

Instructions: –

Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Add oil to the non-stick frying pan.

Add onion and sautรฉ for 2 minutes. Add pork strips and sautรฉ until meat is cooked completely about 6-7 mins.

Add pepper slices with minced ginger and garlic. Sautรฉ for 1 minute. Pour in the sauce and diced zucchini and cook until the veggies are softened and the sauce thickens, about 6-7 mins.

Remove to the plate and serve with rice
