Ingredients: –
๐ฅ1 tbsp. sesame oil
๐2 large chicken breasts, diced
๐งsalt and pepper
๐ฅ2 cups of mixed chopped carrot, bell peppers, peas, onion
For stir-fry sauce:
๐ฅ3 tbsp. gluten-free tamari ( soy sauce )
๐ฅ1 tbsp. sesame oil
๐ง1 tsp. chopped garlic
๐ 1 tbsp of fish sauce
๐ซยผ tsp. ginger powder
๐ฅ2 tbsp. chicken broth or water
Instructions: –
Add chicken pieces to a non-stick pan and fry with 1 tbsp sesame oil until the meat is done. In a small bowl, beat the sauce ingredients. Add sauce to the pan and add chopped veggies to the pan.
Stir for some time until the veggies are coated well with the sauce. Cover the pan, decrease the heat to low, and simmer for 7-10 mins. Remove and serve with white or cauliflower rice.
