Ingredients:
๐โข 1 lb. fresh green beans, chopped
๐ง โข ยฝ cup sliced red onion
๐ โข ยฝ lb. sliced mushrooms
๐ฅโข 2 tbsp. olive oil
๐ฟโข 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
๐งโข Salt and pepper per taste
Instructions: –
โข Set your air fryer heat range to 375ยฐF to preheat. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat. Put vegetables on a greased tray in the basket of air fryer.
โข Cook until just tender, 8-10 mins. Toss to redistribute and cook for another 8โ10 mins until all is done. Remove, cool a bit, then serve and enjoy.
