An evening post

Hi friends ,

It’s my last evening off at home before my busy weekend bartending job. I wanted to let everyone know that I have FINALLY published my very first ebook cookbook on Amazon Kindle and I’m so excited and happy about it , it’s been a long time coming ! I’ve been gluten free since 2013 , so I have soooo many recipes to share . But in other news , I also wanted to mention that this blog will be changing up a bit since my new publication. I will be focusing on just blogging here and publishing my recipes on Amazon Kindle . Now I’ll be able to relate , reach out and invite others into my life of being gluten free .

I’m actually enjoying a cup of warm soy milk with turmeric, black pepper, honey, ginger & cinnamon , it helps me relax while is does some magic lol
I just finished making my weekend breakfast yogurt too , I try to make my weekend meals ahead of time to make my days easier .
