Ingredients:
🌫️• ¾ cup white sugar
🤎• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
🤍• ¼ cup cornstarch
🥛• 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
🥄 • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions: –
• In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch. Whisk in ¼ cup almond milk until the mixture is smooth and foamy. Add almond milk to the cocoa mixture ¼ cup until the mixture is smooth and frothy each time.
• Set the saucepan over medium-high heat and stir the mixture constantly until it starts to simmer and thicken, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from the heat, add the vanilla extract, and mix well.
• Pour pudding into a serving bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 30 mins until it is cold
