Ingredients: –
🥄1 tbsp. sesame oil
🍗2 large chicken breasts, diced
🧂salt and pepper
🥗2 cups of mixed chopped carrot, bell peppers, peas, onion
For stir-fry sauce:
🥄3 tbsp. gluten-free tamari ( soy sauce )
🥄1 tbsp. sesame oil
🧄1 tsp. chopped garlic
🐟 1 tbsp of fish sauce
🫙¼ tsp. ginger powder
🥄2 tbsp. chicken broth or water
Instructions: –
Add chicken pieces to a non-stick pan and fry with 1 tbsp sesame oil until the meat is done. In a small bowl, beat the sauce ingredients. Add sauce to the pan and add chopped veggies to the pan.
Stir for some time until the veggies are coated well with the sauce. Cover the pan, decrease the heat to low, and simmer for 7-10 mins. Remove and serve with white or cauliflower rice.
