Ingredients: –

• 🫘2 cups gluten-free rolled oats

• 🥜 1 cup peanut butter

• 🍯½ cup honey

• 🍫4 tbsp. mini chocolate chips

• 🧉4 tbsp. unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions: –

• Add all energy bite ingredients (except chocolate chips) to a food blender and blend until ingredients combine properly. Remove the blended mixture to the bowl and stir in chocolate chips; mix with a spatula.

• Evenly divide the mixture into 34 portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Chill, serve and enjoy.
