𝐂ₐᵣₐₘₑₗ 𝐏𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐝 Aₚₚₗₑₛ 𝐂ₒₐₜₑ𝐝 𝐰ᵢₜₕ 𝐂ᵣᵤₛₕₑ𝐝 𝐏ₑₐₙᵤₜₛ

Ingredients:

🧈 1 cup butter

🫗1 cup light corn syrup

🤎2 cups packed brown sugar

🥛1½ cups sweetened condensed milk

🫗1 tsp. vanilla extract

🪵 8 wooden sticks

🍎 8 small apples

🥜 1 cup crushed peanut

Instructions: –

In a sauce pot, melt butter over medium heat, then add corn syrup, brown sugar, and milk. Stir well, bring to a boil, then cook for 35-40 mins over medium ­low heat. Remove and pour into a large bowl.

Insert a wooden stick into each apple and dip each apple into the caramel mixture. Stand on a wire rack to set the caramel. Now roll the apple over the crushed peanut . Place in the fridge to cool completely. Serve and enjoy.
