Ingredients: –

🐟 4 (each weight 4 oz) salmon fillets

🥫 1 cup tomato sauce

🥄 2 tbsp. green curry paste

🧂Salt and black pepper as per taste

🫘¾ lb. fresh green beans, trimmed

🍈Lime wedges

Instructions: –

Mix tomato sauce with curry paste, salt, and pepper in the plastic bag. Add salmon fillets and toss well, then leave for 30 mins to marinate in a cool place. Heat your outdoor grill or heat a cast iron grill pan on your stove . Remove fillets and grill both sides for 6-7 mins. In the meantime, add water (about 1 cup) to the steamer. Put the steamer over medium heat and place green beans in the steamer. Steam for 5-7 mins. Remove green beans to the plate and top with grilled salmon. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon and green beans. Serve and enjoy.
