Ingredients: –

🍤 ¾ lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined

🥄1 tbsp. sesame oil

🥄3 tsp. fresh lime juice

🥜2 tbsp. peanut butter powder

🥄3 tbsp. tamari sauce

🥄2 tsp. brown sugar

🥄½ tsp. minced ginger

🥒16 oz. zucchini noodles, fresh or packaged

Instructions: –

Add 1½ tsp oil to the non-stick pan and add tamari sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, minced ginger, and peanut butter powder. Stir and cook until there is no lump; remove the sauce mixture to the bowl.

Add leftover 1½ tsp oil to the pan and fry the shrimp for 4-5 mins. Then remove the shrimp from the bowl (leave as much oil in the pan). Add zucchini noodles to the pan and fry for 4 mins.

Add the prepared sauce to the pan with the shrimp and sauté for 1-2 mins.

Remove to the serving plate. Serve and enjoy.
