Winner winner chicken dinner

I decided to pick up a whole roasted chicken from Publix tonight . I donโ€™t eat a lot of chicken but when I do , I grab a whole rotisserie , that way I can make chicken sandwiches for lunch and wing and drums for dinner the next day ( I live by myself , so itโ€™s important to try and not waste anything ) I grabbed the โ€œ Mojo flavor โ€œ . Also grabbed some Brussel sprouts too .

Back home I still had a pot of Jasmine Rice I could reheat and warm up one of my favorite GF microwave Indian cuisine pouches from @Tasty Bite ( coconut vegetable )

So the only thing I had to really prepare and cook tonight , was the Brussel Sprouts which all I did was peel the outside loose leaves ( I bake these too for โ€œ chips ) lightly coat them with EVO Extra Virgin Olive oil and bake them at 350 for about 15 minutes and then smash them down to flatten them , sprinkle Parmesan cheese and back them to they are crispy

I also have been on a Kombucha kick lately and grabbed Health-Ade Kombucha Cayenne Cleanse , just poured it over some ice

Fun Facts about Brussel Sprouts

Did you know that they really are named after Brussels, the capital of Belgium, where they were a popular 16th century crop

Also , the sulforaphane that gives Brussels sprouts their unique flavor also helps lower cancer risks.

So if youโ€™re not a Brussel Sprouts fan , just know they are really good for you ๐Ÿ˜‰

Let me know if you try this meal or if I left out any important information you might need
